How does the process work?
- Staff receive Mini-Grant information in August (the VP Internal hosts a Lunch & Learn at the Welcome Back Staff Luncheon covering guidelines, approvals, and reimbursement).
- Complete your Teacher Mini-Grant request explaining how it benefits students — before the end of February, in case purchases take a while.
- Once approved, the request is sent back to you so you can make your purchases.
- Complete the PTA Reimbursement form AND the itemized list with costs, then turn in all forms with ALL receipts to the PTA Mailbox.
- Checks are processed and given to the Front Office (Jenna Ellis) for distribution — expect 7–10 days.
